Selection of 15 different Cognac eaux-de-vie from Fin Bois & Bon Bois Aged over 3 years in Limousin oak. Aged the first 7 months in new oak barrels to create the vanilla flavor and then in lightly charred (5 to 40-year-old) barrels.
