Inspired by the film the “Kingsman: The Golden Circle,” this expression is a bold blend of hand-selected casks of Old Forester’s renowned Kentucky Straight bourbon. This whiskey won a Masters at the American whiskey Masters Competition. The finish is full of intense spice and eucalyptus which fade into orange cream and caramel.

Nose: Brooding dark chocolate carries light vanilla essence through strong campfire and oak spice.

Palate: Musty leather breaks with notes of orange citrus. Sweet cinnamon, smooth caramel and pinching baking spices round a really lovely palate.

Finish: Long, rich and beautifully spicy. Really impressive bourbon.

You'd think the most impressive thing about the classic Old Forester brand's most recent release, Old Forester Statesman, was that it won the Master Award (the highest accolade) at the Spirits Business American Whiskey Masters 2017. You'd be wrong. Created as a tie-in with, 'Kingsman: The Golden Circle', Old Forester Statesman defies all expectations of what has come to be presumed from movie tie-ins, presenting a balanced, distinguished, and delicious bourbon.
