This is a mezcal with zero smoke. The mezcaleros at Zignum steam their agave pinas vs. smoking them. This allows the true essence of the Espadín to shine. Made from 100% Espadín agave Zignum Reposado is aged for at least 8 months in new American white oak barrels. Golden color with elegant brown hues. Delicate flavors of vanilla, caramel, honey, and bright hints of orange.
